Since moving to our Mérignac campus, we have implemented numerous improvements to the energy efficiency of our buildings, such as reducing energy consumption, installing rainwater harvesting systems, managing green spaces using natural methods, and enhancing thermal and acoustic insulation.
This approach is part of a broader strategy that includes other green initiatives rolled out at our Paris offices. In Lyon, Viaterra is yet another example of this ambition. With its timber-framed façades and rammed-earth construction, the building is targeting HQE Bâtiment Durable “Excellent” certification, WiredScore Silver, and Level 3 of the Bâtiment Biosourcé label.
