Since moving to our Mérignac campus, we have implemented numerous improvements to enhance the energy efficiency of our buildings, including reducing energy consumption, installing rainwater harvesting systems, managing green spaces using natural methods, and improving both thermal and acoustic insulation. 

These efforts form part of a broader strategy extended to our Paris offices, where additional green initiatives have been deployed. In Lyon, the Viaterra project further reflects this ambition. With its timber‑framed façades and rammed‑earth construction, the building is aiming for HQE Bâtiment Durable “Excellent” certification, WiredScore Silver, and Level 3 of the Bâtiment Biosourcé label.
