Promoting occupational health
We are committed to protecting employee health by introducing measures to reduce psychosocial risks and promote a healthy work-life balance. The right to disconnect is an integral part of our employment contracts. We have introduced initiatives to address information overload linked to the use of workplace email and digital tools. Monthly activity reviews are part of our managerial practices and include monitoring potential workload pressures. Collective agreements on working time arrangements and remote working set out how work is organised, with a view to safeguarding employees’ personal lives.
