Promoting occupational health

We are committed to safeguarding employee health by implementing measures aimed at reducing psychosocial risks and promoting a healthy work-life balance. The right to disconnect is formally embedded in our employment contracts, reflecting our commitment to respecting personal time.

We have also introduced initiatives to address information overload linked to the use of email and digital workplace tools. Monthly activity reviews are an integral part of our managerial practices and include monitoring potential workload pressures.

In addition, collective agreements on working time arrangements and remote working define how work is organised, with the objective of protecting employees’ personal lives while ensuring sustainable working conditions.
