Promoting inclusion

The Human Resources department takes the lead on inclusion and diversity matters, ensuring that all our job opportunities are open to every candidate. A dedicated HR disability adviser supports employees at each stage of their journey, from recruitment through to career development within the Group.

We implement tailored workplace adjustments for employees who need them, in partnership with AGEFIPH and Cap Emploi. In addition, managers receive specific training to help them support employees returning to work after a prolonged absence.
