Filhet-Allard Maritime, consistently committed to ocean preservation and scientific research, is supporting the Polar Pod oceanographic expedition designed and led by explorer Jean‑Louis Étienne. This unique floating platform will drift around the Antarctic continent, collecting invaluable scientific data on the Southern Ocean. 

Construction of the Polar Pod officially began at the end of 2022 under the supervision of Ifremer, with the first sea trials scheduled for 2025.
